This is my take on justicar darkins, really angelic, peaceful and all that jazz. 
Lovely @aatroxthedarkin-blade helped me out tons on how to approach this since they have amazing hcs for darkins and it was a great guide. ( poor cinna i was spamming him on skype all day rip)

Now i wanted to talk about the deal with his body/armor. 
See, i headcanon Justicars grow their own armor with time. Their skin gets rougher, etc.
What happened to Jehoel is that is a bit defective in that sense. His body is not capable of producing and processing much energy nor enough to grow a full armor( because his core is a bit fractured but that is a story for later), so he has armor in certain sections of his body and in others he is just plain bare ( and also puffy with wings! Oh and That is the reason he covers himself with that coat thingy of his!) 
Another thing is that his wings are not fully physical either! They are like things that are there but not there cause there is not enough power to make them physical.
As he cannot engage in battle with any darkin ( cause he would surely get taken down instantly) He uses bow and arrow, which are just some tricks he learned with time. 

Anyways, enough talking for me. Have my take on Justicars. A grumpy elder that is tired of nonesense. q w q
