Tintas is not fully fleshed because he is not exactly a character? (but yet he is in my list, gj me.) 
His was a online persona for a good while way back when i still actively run my rp blogs. 
With time he became a mascot after a while and started getting many versions, i tend to draw him every once in a while but not that often. I do draw Tin Tin ( the tiny one) for memes and stuff. 

As you can tell his design was one of the triggers for the design of Teo and Tim. That is why they look awfully similar, in a way i recycled his appearence into them.
Who knows maybe one day he will be something more decent than a scrap character.

I like to joke that Tintas is their absent annoying brother tho, for the memes.
