Lukas is slowly getting really mentally worn out as of lately because of stress. So indeed the man is tired.
Also he goes non verbal in high stress situations!
Mostly happens around his father, its a big meltdown trigger for him.
He tends to start stuttering, followed by full blown being mute for a while as his head is literally slowly breaking down. Its not fun really, but part of the things he has to live with.
Actually when he was a child it out be the opposite. When he was having meltdowns he would break things and scream cause he didnt quite understand what is going on. After many years of being around his father he sorta does the opposite now. Bottle it up and make a small explosion inside him and just try to survive the result.

i am not skinny - not even close to that. But i am toned and wide. And i love it cause its like a jock body type.
i shed most of the fat through diet and exercise. Cut out junk food and soda, i dont eat bread anymore and honestly? im happy that way. My body is happy and i have much more energy.
